We hope to put an end to the smoking related stigma that plagues victims of the lung cancer diagnosis. Lung cancer is the cancer that is still whispered in crowded rooms that elicits the direct question, “did you smoke?” We want to bring it to the forefront that this is anyone’s cancer. Blame is a wasted effort and we should be vigorously seeking a cure for all cancers equally. A Breath of Hope Lung Foundation knows the value of research is priceless and change is possible. We are here to help make that change possible by funding innovative lung cancer research projects that offer viable treatment options for lung cancer patients. Learn more about our efforts.

The third Twin Cities Lung Run/Walk was held September 12, 2009 at Lake Harriet. Our attendance increased to 1,250 participants. Pictured above are lung cancer survivors who participated in the 2009 event.
